MEET OUR TEAM 

                                   -OPERATING VALUES, PRINCIPLES, CAPABILITIES AND COMMITMENTS-

All services provided by Choice Enterprises, Inc. (CEI) are spearheaded by the firm's founder   

and President Jack L. Choice.  Prior to and since establishing Choice Enterprises Mr. Choice is

a graduate Summa Cum Laude of Bellevue University in Business Ethics and Law, and has

additional studies in the Business Environment, Social Responsibility in Business, Ethics in

Business, Government and Regulation, Pollution and Environment, Human Resources and

EEO. In addition, Mr. Choice has earned certifications as Instructor/Trainer in SRI Thematic Employee

Selection Interviewing & Testing, Trainer–Focused Selection Interviewing and, Train the Trainer

(XEROX).  Prior to forming Choice Enterprises, Mr. Choice acquired a diverse private sector

corporate background in the medical device and agriculture manufacturing industries in Production/

Manufacturing and Human Resources executive leadership.

Jack was joined in 1988 by his spouse Edwyna who has a BS Grace University Human

Resources and family Studies, B.S Biblical Studies and M.S. Strategic HR Management and

Development, HRCI certificate in Strategic HR Management University of Denver.  

The Choices are supported by an experienced, 60 plus years and expanding, group of professionals

each of whom is well versed and experienced in the principles, techniques, and practices

specific to the area or operating entity, contract, or project within Choice Enterprises to which

they report.


Certified as an 8(a) firm in March 1993 the Choices, collectively, have over 58 years providing

staffing and facility support services to government entities and 16 collective years providing

corporate thought leadership, application, and direction in the development, implementation and

administration of corporate company recruiting/hiring/staffing practices, talent optimization, employee

relations and 3rd party temporary staffing and permanent placement programs. 

Awarded Minority Business of the Year (1989-1990) by the Minority Purchasing Council of the

Omaha Chamber of Commerce, Choice enterprises has built a reputation in both the private

and public sectors as leaders in "Setting the Standard for Excellence" in temporary/permanent

staffing and project/facilities management services.

 

Recognizing both its professional and civic responsibilities the company is committed to Giving Back

or contributing to the geographic area/community in which it operates through participation in

professional organizations/groups concerned with the community’s economic growth and the overall

wellbeing and development of its citizenry. In both the public/federal sector Choice Enterprises has
